We declare that all our internal procedures related to the processing of your personal data within our company comply with Law No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, and are also fully in line with REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), otherwise known as
GDPR.
What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
The company, ID collects mainly the following data:
Cookies
Our pages mainly work with basic cookies, which are necessary for the operation and functioning of websites. For example, they ensure the security of the pages or navigation function. Moreover, our pages only work with cookies associated with the Google Analytics tool, which is described in the following point.
We declare that we do not work with cookies for advertising and marketing purposes of our own or third parties, and we do not collect any personal data about visitors to our websites.
Google Analytics
Our sites operate with the Google Analytics tool. All data that Google Analytics collects are of a general nature, such as how a visitor moves on our website and how much time they spend in individual sections.
We declare that we do not collect any personal data about website visitors using the Google Analytics tool. The IP address anonymization feature was used for data anonymization (you can read more about the principle and operation of anonymization

Database of customers subscribed to receive business messages and news (newsletter)
This database exclusively contains the contact details of individuals who voluntarily subscribed to receive news and/or business messages based on given consent. Every customer who has given consent has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, and they will be removed from the database.
What rights do you have?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, as a data subject, you have the right to:
Information: about what data our company processes about you, to what extent, and for what purpose.
Correction: if you notify us of incorrect data, it is in our interest to promptly correct these data.
Deletion: everyone has the right to delete data that was provided based on consent, where the legitimate reason for processing no longer applies, or those that were processed in violation of the GDPR regulation. Conversely, the controller is not entitled to delete data that are necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, are necessary to meet a legal obligation, or to determine, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Limited processing: if you dispute the accuracy of the data and want to suspend processing until we ensure the correction of these data, or in case you raise an objection to the processing.
Raise an objection: if you believe that our legitimate interest does not outweigh the right to maintain your privacy.
Portability: we will provide you with your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, if all the conditions for ensuring portability under the General Data Protection Regulation have been met.
